Our class loves the bean bags and our calming corner has become a happy space. My students immediately gravitated towards the bean bags and were so excited to see them. All the students love to sit together, hang out and spend time there during lunch social or during down time in class. They are going to last us years and will be used by many students throughout the years. \r\n\r\nThe bean bags are also being used by my students when they need to de-escalate or relax. Just a few minutes on the bean bag helps them return to baseline, which allows them to focus better in class and eventually finish their class work. Thank you once again! Your contribution will make a significant difference in our ability to enhance our classroom environment with the various sensory items you helped purchase. The sensory toys are used by all my students and even students from neighboring classrooms. My students are able to request their sensory toys by pointing to picture icons on their desks and grab whichever item they need from our bookshelf. The little fidget toys and different sensory balls have been very useful. The sensory bumble bee has been popular amongst my students as well and we've already had to replace the batteries a few times. It has been used daily by my students who have various sensory needs. The bee helps keep them calm, which allows them to be present and ready to learn in the classroom. \r\n\r\nWe appreciate your support in helping our students thrive!
