Students were able to compare which number was greater or fewer and explain how they knew by standing the completed numberblocks next to each other. The Numberblocks pop its have been helpful for those students who needed the extra support with precision counting. Students have been solidifying their identification of numerals by playing memory with the number cards. \r\n\r\nThe next steps for our class with the Numberblocks is to continue composing and decomposing numbers. Another next step is to use Blockzee to teach addition. It is amazing that little four and five-year-olds are able to complete such complex mathematical tasks by using these hands-on manipulatives.","fullyFundedDate":1763474860058,"projectUrl":"project/count-on-numberblocks/9699742/","projectTitle":"Count on Numberblocks!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Vang","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp6937993_orig.jpg?crop=988,988,x0,y302&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1597989849899","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/6937993"},{"teacherId":7539877,"projectId":9061001,"letterContent":"Thank You for Supporting Our Classroom!\r\n\r\nOn behalf of myself and all of my amazing students, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated snacks, hand sanitizer, and earbuds to our classroom.
