We're also including a wide variety of fidget tools, emotion-centered books, and SEL-based games that empower students to understand and manage their feelings in healthy, constructive ways.\r\n\r\nThese resources will allow us to transform our wellness center into a safe, welcoming space where students can step away from stress, practice mindfulness, and build the skills they need for success in the classroom and beyond.\r\n\r\nFor many children, especially those navigating anxiety, trauma, or sensory processing challenges, access to these tools is not just helpful—it's essential.
