Your thoughtful gift has truly enriched our learning environment and sparked excitement among our students.\r\n\r\nBecause of you, our students are diving deeper into exploration and discovery. They are using these new texts during independent reading, small group lessons, and enrichment time to extend their understanding of our science units. The books have been especially meaningful as we study the 5 senses, rocks, wedges (simple machines), and colors. Students are making real-world connections, asking thoughtful questions, and engaging in hands-on investigations inspired by what they read.\r\nThese new resources are helping introduce and strengthen important skills such as observing closely, comparing and classifying, describing properties, asking scientific questions, and using evidence to support their thinking. As they explore topics like how wedges work or how rocks are formed, they are learning to think critically and speak like young scientists.\r\n\r\nMost importantly, the students are genuinely enjoying these books. It has been wonderful to see their excitement as they discover new facts, share their findings with classmates, and proudly call themselves scientists. Your generosity is helping nurture curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning that will stay with them for years to come.\r\n\r\nThank you again for supporting our classroom and inspiring the next generation of scientists.","fullyFundedDate":1764609001777,"projectUrl":"project/little-scientists-exploring-the-world-t/9704024/","projectTitle":"Little Scientists: Exploring the World Through Books","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Aguilar","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp569103_orig.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1621298210839","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/569103"},{"teacherId":569103,"projectId":9704102,"letterContent":"Thank you for the light tables and the manipulates that have opened up a whole new world of discovery for out TK students. We practice shapes and colors and counting. We also do exploring and creating on the carpet as well. Whether it's a math lesson or a science lesson or dramatic play. The leaves have been falling because it's autumn, and the kids have to rake it up. And they have so much fun. Exercise and movement on the carpet is also a great time for my students. My students were so surprised and filled with excitement to use our new table. We have loved having a space to review lessons, play games, and create crafts to put up in our classroom. With our new table, I have seen my students become more proactive and come directly to me to ask for help rather than waiting for me to walk around. I have loved seeing the impact this table has done for our classroom.\r\n\r\nThe table has been a great use for me to run my small groups or have some students near me during lessons to get extra support. My students have loved being able to come up to the table and grab a chair to get some 1 on 1 support or to get their work checked. The table has been accessible to all of my students so they know they can grab a stool and come to me for help.","fullyFundedDate":1742950894184,"projectUrl":"project/small-group-table/9144992/","projectTitle":"Small Group Table","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Coronado","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9570334_orig.jpg?crop=575,575,x57,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1722381898763","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9570334"},{"teacherId":9175602,"projectId":9200721,"letterContent":"On behalf of our TK Inclusion Class, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your assistance with the purchase of android tablets, sensory toys, and puzzles.
