The play tunnel in particular has provided stimulation to the little ones through gross motor skills (crawling, walking, jumping), behavior self regulation (waiting for their turn), peer interaction for taking turns as well as language development practicing descriptive words. \r\n\r\nWhen the materials like play tunnel were introduced, children asked questions like \"teacher what is that?\" and \"wow, that's cool\". When puzzles were implemented others shared \"look teacher dinosaurs, I love the T-Rex\" and other was able to place all the numbered puzzles in correct place.\r\n\r\nAlthough children in my class transition out frequently as they enter new preschool program, my plan is to continue utilizing the materials with incoming children to find new creative ways to implement in lessons.
