Thanks to your donation, our students had the incredible opportunity to dive into the world of microcontrollers, exploring their different components and functions. They eagerly learned how to write and test code, eventually programming a Cutebot robot to navigate a racetrack as their final project. The excitement in the classroom was contagious as students watched their code come to life, gaining hands-on experience with a brand-new technology and deepening their understanding of how microcontrollers work.\r\n\r\nOne of the most inspiring moments of this project came from an 8th-grade student with a vision impairment. Because he was unable to participate in the traditional 8th-grade circuitry unit, he instead focused on programming and modifying a Cutebot using Python. This project allowed him to engage in coding in a meaningful way, showcasing his problem-solving skills and creativity. Watching him take ownership of his learning and succeed in a challenging, real-world application of technology was truly remarkable.\r\n\r\nYour generosity has made a lasting impact, opening doors for all of our students to develop critical STEM skills, build confidence, and explore new possibilities.
