They recently completed a detailed boat study where they explored design structure, balance, and function while learning how to create in 3D space. Students carefully analyzed shapes, proportions, and stability before bringing their ideas to life digitally. Watching them move from concept to creation was truly inspiring.\r\n\r\nIn addition, students designed and produced individualized keychains that reflected their personalities and interests. This project allowed them to apply measurement, spatial reasoning, and problem-solving skills while also expressing their creativity. The excitement in the room when they held their finished pieces was unforgettable. They are already eager to continue expanding their understanding of 3D design and digital art.\r\n\r\nThese tools are not just benefiting this group of students—they will impact many future classes. Having access to high-quality digital resources empowers students to think critically, innovate boldly, and explore creative solutions in ways that were not previously possible.
