It has also been great because I can use it as a differentiation tool based on what each child needs. For my students still working on digraphs, I have a chart with all of the digraphs and a picture for reference. For my students who need a 100 chart, I can put that into their binder. Every day that we segment a word, we use the visual tools. We spend so much time on it each day and it has been a great meeting space that gets them out of their student desks. The students were overjoyed to have a clean space with circles on it so that each student has an area.\r\n\r\nDaily we use it for morning meeting, all whole group lessons for literacy and math, math centers, and students even lay on it to read during silent reading.
