They were so excited when the kits arrived. They were very eager to see all of what was inside. Working in their teams of 4 they each had their own knife, cutting mat, guide and ruler. The reusable dough gave them the ability to try multiple times to get the cuts just right. \r\n\r\nThis is something that is incredibly important as they start to gain confidence in the kitchen. With the added safety of the cut gloves the students are showing off their skills. They look forward to knife skills and being able to practice. These kits have become a great asset to our classroom and when the students see their stations set for knife skills practice they are so happy.
