The individual whiteboards have quickly become one of our favorite tools. My students use them daily to solve math problems, show their work, and explain their thinking to classmates. One memorable moment was during a small-group review — students were eagerly holding up their boards, comparing answers, and debating strategies. The level of engagement and excitement for problem-solving has grown tremendously since we began using these materials.\r\n\r\nWhen the boxes arrived, the students' eyes lit up with curiosity. They couldn't wait to unwrap the new supplies and start writing on their very own whiteboards. Many commented that they finally felt like \"real mathematicians\" as they worked together to solve problems and share ideas. The large coordinate graph has also been a game changer — students can now visually plot points and graph equations as a class, which makes abstract concepts come alive in a clear, visual way.\r\n\r\nThe new bulletin board is already displaying photos of students in the community and during their sporting events. I like to highlight student success both in and out of the classroom. \r\n\r\nI can't thank you enough for helping my students see themselves as capable, creative problem solvers.","fullyFundedDate":1755579037096,"projectUrl":"project/supplies-for-mr-wolfes-classroom/9618865/","projectTitle":"Supplies for Mr. Wolfe's Classroom","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Wolfe","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-5_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10186468"},{"teacherId":10177611,"projectId":9596709,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your donation towards the purchase of Post it Easel pads, sharpies and a laminator. My students have been able to use these while creating posters, I have been able to use them to create anchor charts. It really has made a difference and allowed me to create fun activities. \r\n\r\nWe recently used them while reading Shakespeare's Macbeth. Each group traced a motif throughout the play. They had to find and label quotes, include a creative title and a visual. Students will use it coming up when we study the novel Where the Crawdads Sing. They will be able to write the quotes from the novel that speak to them. \r\n\r\nMy students were so happy that you donated to my classroom. Thank you so very much. With this new 3D printing system, my students are now able to begin projects more confidently than ever before. What used to be a process filled with trial, error, and frustration has now become one of creativity and success. The accuracy and reliability of this new printer allow students to print complex designs with high quality, helping them start strong and stay motivated throughout their engineering challenges.\r\n\r\nThe excitement in the room is tangible. Students are eagerly engaging with every stage of the design process, from sketching their ideas to refining their final prototypes. They are now able to print faster, troubleshoot more effectively, and experience real success as their ideas become physical objects in a matter of minutes. Instead of hesitating to take creative risks, they are excited to push the limits of what's possible.\r\n\r\nYour support has opened the door for deeper learning, greater confidence, and real-world skill development. This resource is not just a classroom tool—it is a catalyst for innovation and future career exploration. Thank you for believing in my students and helping them tap into their full potential.
