My students were so excited when they heard our STEAM items were being delivered and when the knock on the classroom door came~ they cheered!! Opening up the box and viewing the colorful popsicle sticks and pipe cleaners made them squeal! \r\nThese items are the very existence of STEAM projects in my classroom... well them and the tooth picks. They allow my students to experiment and not be scared if they fail.
