Watching the roots develop has sparked so many questions and conversations—it's become the highlight of their week! One student exclaimed, \"I can see the roots drinking!\" The excitement and curiosity are contagious.\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, the students were overjoyed with excitement.\r\nNext steps: Students are now preparing to assemble our raised bed, plan what vegetables and herbs to plant, and begin their full garden experience. Our goal is for them to not only plant and care for their crops, but to harvest and eat their own produce—teaching them where food comes from and how rewarding it is to grow it themselves.\r\nThis project has planted more than seeds—it's planting a lifelong appreciation for agriculture, science, and healthy living.
