The tablets are great because they don't require markers or paper, so they are fun and sustainable. When we use whiteboards, we go through so many markers. Teaching simultaneously online and in person showed to be quite a challenge. Having these magnetic letters helped both sets of students follow along in an engaging way. The magnetic letters also supported spelling rules that the students were then able to generalize into their writing.
