When I brought out all the supplies, my students were genuinely excited - there's something special about having fresh new materials that brings out the joy of learning!\r\n\r\nThe way these supplies work together has been a game-changer for our daily routines. During our morning organization time, students use their planners to write down their schedules and assignments. Throughout the day, they're putting their notebooks and pencils to good use taking notes and working through problems. It's been wonderful watching them develop their own organizational systems and take pride in keeping track of their work.\r\n\r\nI've noticed such positive changes in how students manage their assignments since getting these supplies. They're more prepared for class, and there's a new sense of responsibility that comes with having their own dedicated planning tools. When students flip through their planners to check upcoming due dates or review their notebook entries from previous lessons, I can see them developing skills that will help them throughout their academic journey.\r\n\r\nThese basic but essential supplies have removed barriers to learning in our classroom. No one has to worry about not having a pencil for the day's work or running out of paper to take notes. The planners particularly have helped students stay on top of their assignments and feel more confident about managing their schoolwork.\r\n\r\nThank you for equipping my students with these fundamental tools for success. Your support is making a real difference in how they approach their learning, and they're building organizational habits that will serve them well beyond our classroom","fullyFundedDate":1729201811154,"projectUrl":"project/unlocking-potential-planners-to-help-st/8871313/","projectTitle":"Unlocking Potential: Planners to Help Students Achieve Their Goals","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Nesmith","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9800649_orig.jpg?crop=1113,1113,x11,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1728585328642","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9800649"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_42420","usesÐǿմ«Ã½":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":491,"numTeachers":39,"percentFrplEligible":94,"percentAsian":2,"percentBlack":68,"percentWhite":0,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":24,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"3 - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"12.6:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"SUBURBAN","ncesMetroType":"SUBURB_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":44.1,"schoolId":42420,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Mount Zion Elementary School on @Ðǿմ«Ã½:","schoolName":"Mount Zion Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/georgia/clayton-county-public-schools/mt-zion-elementary-school/42420"}
