Over the summer, one of our students wrote a book and had it published on amazon. We were able to purchase 5 copies of his finance book and there's a photo of him signing the copies we purchased.\r\nThe construction paper was also incredibly helpful for my web site design students. Part way through the class, I like to put the computers away and complete a non-tech activity that's color coded to help them SEE the website in a new way. This project was great to show them the differences between span and div tags as well as the purposeful semantic tags. They had to explain what tags they used and WHY they chose that tag over another one. \r\nIt was great to have them anonymously hang up their projects so other people could comment on them.
