So many teachers are taking advantage of checking out the materials to take directly into their classrooms to help them teach students literacy in an engaging and hands on approach. Students love all of the \"games\" that they get to do to help them learn letters, sounds, and blending words to read. Many teachers are so thankful to be able to come and grab exactly what they need to make their literacy lessons more multi-sensory and engaging. They are not spending hours upon hours prepping something similar to use because it is already created, organized, and ready for them to use. As a literacy coach, these materials have also opened the door for me to have more in depth conversations with teachers as to the science behind why we need to teach literacy differently. I have also seen a huge increase with teachers collaborating with each other around ways in which they are teaching using these materials. I couldn't be more happy with all of the positive outcomes this Teacher Science of Reading Lending Library has created for teachers. Not to mention how engaged students are with these new tools to learn with. From the bottom of my heart, I want to say thank you for supporting teachers which is also resulting in supporting many students to learn a better way to read.","fullyFundedDate":1745426953689,"projectUrl":"project/science-of-reading-teacher-lending-libra/9149725/","projectTitle":"Science of Reading Teacher Lending Library","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Stange","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-9_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9938316"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_73685","usesÐǿմ«Ã½":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":939,"numTeachers":16,"percentFrplEligible":53,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":0,"percentWhite":90,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":6,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"K - 12","studentTeacherRatio":"58.7:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"RURAL","ncesMetroType":"RURAL_DISTANT"},"inStateSupporters":68.8,"schoolId":73685,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Manton School on @Ðǿմ«Ã½:","schoolName":"Manton School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/michigan/manton-consolidated-school-district/manton-school/73685"}
