Through the donation of a 3D printer, students were able to complete several learning projects. Our high school anatomy students were able to design and print realistic models of various human organs. They then used these models as learning aids to help teach 7th grade health classes about organ systems at the school.\r\n\r\nOur sixth grade students were able to learn about buoyancy. They designed different boats using cad software and were able to print them. Our students have gone hydroponics-crazy since receiving their supplies. Students of all grade levels have enjoyed assembling their systems and learning about all the different types of systems. They have been measuring every water source they can find to find which one is best for our plants, and have become experts at mixing nutrients at the perfect PH and ppm levels.\r\n\r\nMore importantly, our students have been able to provide for our community. So far, we have been able to feed 28 families through the food grown.
