The incubator has brought science to life as students prepare to hatch eggs this spring. They are learning about life cycles, responsibility, and observation by checking the incubator daily and recording changes. In math, the multiplication game has turned practice into something fun and engaging, helping students build fluency while working together and encouraging friendly competition.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, my students were beyond excited—especially about the incubator. They were full of questions and immediately began discussing what might happen when the eggs hatch. The math game and new writing supplies were just as exciting, with students eager to try them out during centers. The daily language journals and writing pages have already helped students feel more confident expressing their ideas, and many are proud to share their work aloud.\r\n\r\nMoving forward, students cannot wait to use the incubator as part of our science lessons, making predictions, keeping observation logs, and connecting what they see to our curriculum. The multiplication game will remain a regular part of math practice, while the writing pages and daily language journals will support ongoing growth in writing, grammar, and reflection. Because of your support, my students are more engaged, motivated, and excited to learn every day—thank you for helping make this possible.","fullyFundedDate":1768789217233,"projectUrl":"project/hands-on-learning-tools/10014422/","projectTitle":"Hands on Learning Tools","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Jones","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp4767655_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1504711333160","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/jonesstrategies"},{"teacherId":9353562,"projectId":8349891,"letterContent":"My students are using the new organizational supplies daily to help manage their materials and stay focused on learning. We are currently using them during reading and math workshops, where students organize their folders, notebooks, and work materials before beginning small-group instruction. Having clearly organized spaces has helped students transition more smoothly between activities and take greater responsibility for their learning.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the materials, they were excited and eager to set everything up. Many students immediately commented on how much easier it felt to find their work and keep their desks and folders neat. They took pride in organizing their supplies and quickly understood how these tools would help them stay on task and feel more prepared.\r\n\r\nNext, my students will continue using these organizational tools during an upcoming writing and project-based learning unit. They will use the supplies to plan, store, and track their work over multiple days, helping them build important skills such as organization, independence, and time management. Thanks to our donors, my students are developing habits that will support their success both inside and outside the classroom.","fullyFundedDate":1714528718534,"projectUrl":"project/organizing-for-a-great-school-year/8349891/","projectTitle":"Organizing for a Great School Year!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Sperske","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-2_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9353562"},{"teacherId":2425455,"projectId":9807617,"letterContent":"My students are loving the new resources we now have thanks to you! We have used some of the art supplies to create anchor charts for them to refer back to later when they are doing their independent work. \r\nMost of the art supplies will be used in the coming weeks when we create our Christmas gifts for our parents. \r\nThey have especially loved the clock.
