They are really enjoying having a spot to sit and having their own square for circle time. When they saw the carpet coming into the classroom they started cheering and could not wait for it to be opened. Upon opening the carpet they all ran to the carpet and started running their hands all over it. \r\nThis carpet has become such a staple in our classroom as this is where the kids start and end their day as well as use it during the day! Now that there is a washer and dryer combination in our housekeeping area we have added detergent ,fabric softener, and a clothes basket. \r\n\r\nWe were so excited when the box was opened and the combo was taken out. Its too bad that Mrs. Jones was absent that day. We know that she would have loved to see our expressions and to have shared in our initial joy.
