We've been using them daily during center rotations to strengthen hand muscles, improve coordination, and build independence with classroom tasks. From using the slant boards to assist with our writing, the triangular markers to assist with our grasp, tweezers to pick up pom-poms, to threading beads, to creating patterns with snap cubes, every activity is hands-on, engaging, and full of learning.\r\n\r\nOne of my favorite moments was watching a student who used to avoid fine motor tasks proudly complete a tracing activity all on their own. Their smile said it all! These materials have turned what used to be challenging activities into moments of joy and confidence for my students. \r\n\r\nWe'll continue to use these fine motor tools as part of our daily routine, building the skills that support writing, cutting, and self-help tasks like buttoning and zipping.
