It has been the perfect addition to my class, creating a warm environment for learning and creativity. It is a place for all of the students to gather together and share their ideas. At the beginning of each class, students meet me on the rug. We get focused by doing a mindful breathing exercise and I introduce students to a new project, artist and skill demonstration. \r\nMy students were so excited to come into the art room for the first time and tell me all of the time how it is their favorite room in the school.
