Every single student now has their own mat to practice yoga in my classroom. While it may seem basic and may not seem exciting to some, a yoga mat is essential for yoga, especially when practicing in a classroom on cold, hard floors. Having a mat to practice on allows my students to more easily immerse themselves in the practice. The yoga book is helping me guide them better, and the yoga dots have proven to be so much fun! \r\n\r\nMy kids could not believe that someone was gracious enough to give money to purchase things for people that they don't even know.
