We have been able to create a wonderful and diverse library of listening cards for use. The impact of this project positively affects each child in the classroom.\r\nOur library now expands from classic stories and fairy tales to book series that the kids enjoy such as the Pout Pout Fish and Llama Llama collections. These additions have been used over and over as we have the print version also so they can work on tracking print and understanding that spoken and written words correlate. \r\nWe have a Letters & Sounds set that encourages phonemic development such as rhythm & rhyme, letter sounds, alliteration, and blending of sounds. We have counting cards, exercise cards, and even dance options! \r\nOne card that I have noticed that my children with special needs like to use is the Mindful Moments card. It supplies them with quiet and relaxed calming activities and meditation. They also very much enjoy the Simple Silly Songs that tend to be a little goofy!\r\nMy creative and artistic students beg to use the drawing cards. They listen to the step by step instructions on how to draw objects such as rockets and robots. They are always surprised and pleased with the outcome of their drawing as there are no visuals to follow.\r\nI appreciate your support and kindness.","fullyFundedDate":1767035927029,"projectUrl":"project/to-yoto-or-not-to-yoto/9882028/","projectTitle":"To YOTO or Not to YOTO?","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Vore","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-1_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8305440"},{"teacherId":6241240,"projectId":9905485,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for the new STEM toys.
