The quality of these items help to create a professional look in our library that entice students to check out all of the materials that we have available to them. \r\n\r\nWe have already put the sign holders to use helping to clearly display where our textbooks are housed. Students no longer hunt for these aisle numbers as they are vertically displayed and save students time and frustration as they get their learning materials. We have also put the acrylic book displays out to highlight new books that our library has recently acquired. Students who are browsing tend to look first at the front facing books on our shelves and we are now able to have more options for students with the book holders. \r\n\r\nThe easels have replaced our rickety wooden easels which not only are safer to use, but also allow us to use bright expo markers to guide students or announce any upcoming events. \r\n\r\nCreating an inviting, professional-looking space with clear signage helps students feel welcomed and empowered and our students have already commented on the changes. We appreciate your generosity to help our library be a helpful and hospitable environment for everyone.","fullyFundedDate":1764716147500,"projectUrl":"project/signs-that-guide-inspire-and-inform-in/9888425/","projectTitle":"Signs That Guide, Inspire, and Inform in Our Library","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Dierdorff","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-7_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/6076093"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_70634","usesÐǿմ«Ã½":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":1282,"numTeachers":60,"percentFrplEligible":42,"percentAsian":1,"percentBlack":0,"percentWhite":89,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":4,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"9 - 12","studentTeacherRatio":"21.4:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":false,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":"CITY_MIDSIZE"},"inStateSupporters":75.7,"schoolId":70634,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Summit High School on @Ðǿմ«Ã½:","schoolName":"Summit High School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/oregon/bend-la-pine-school-district-1/summit-high-school/70634"}
