Thanks to your incredible generosity, our classroom successfully purchased a gift card to Teachers Pay Teachers, and the results are already making a huge difference in our math lessons.\r\n\r\nThe funds allowed us to acquire a treasure trove of innovative, high-quality, and fun math activities, games, and resources that would have otherwise been out of our budget. These materials are specifically designed to bring math concepts to life, transforming abstract ideas into concrete, hands-on experiences.\r\n\r\nThe difference in the classroom atmosphere is palpable. Students are not just completing assignments; they are engaged in challenges, motivated to solve puzzles, and learning fundamental concepts through play. When math is fun, students become fearless learners, and we are seeing their confidence soar! Your gift has empowered us to keep every student captivated and actively learning in a way that truly sticks.\r\n\r\nThank you again for investing in our students' education and for being champions of innovative learning. Your commitment ensures that our math classroom is not only a place of instruction but a vibrant space where motivation is high, and learning is always a fun adventure.\r\n\r\nSpecifically, the pictures attached are examples of two activities purchased. One is a partner activity for distributing/combining like terms where partners have different problems but will give the same answer. This is a quick activity for students to see if they are getting the problems correctly. The second one was a favorite of the year so far. It was for absolute value bingo. Students solved problems and then their answers were on a bingo card. This was a great whole group activity that allowed students to have fun with the material to practice for an assessment. \r\n\r\nLastly, one of the pictures is a handwritten thank you note from each student. I am hoping you can read their individual messages as it would only let me upload this as a picture and not a pdf.","fullyFundedDate":1757343891677,"projectUrl":"project/making-math-marvelous/9676623/","projectTitle":"Making Math Marvelous","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Fritsch","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10231591_orig.jpg?crop=3024,3024,x0,y504&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1760915298622","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10231591"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_31391","usesÐǿմ«Ã½":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":675,"numTeachers":null,"percentFrplEligible":23,"percentAsian":14,"percentBlack":4,"percentWhite":66,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":7,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"9 - 9","studentTeacherRatio":null,"demographicsDataSource":"MDR District Weighted Average","equityFocus":false,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"SUBURBAN","ncesMetroType":null},"inStateSupporters":50.0,"schoolId":31391,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Spring - Ford Ninth Grade Center on @Ðǿմ«Ã½:","schoolName":"Spring - Ford Ninth Grade Center","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/pennsylvania/spring-ford-area-sch-district/spring-ford-9th-grade-ctr/31391"}
