When the students first saw the kits, they immediately gathered around with huge smiles and endless questions about how high they could build, how fast the marbles would go, and what kinds of tracks they could create. Their curiosity and enthusiasm were contagious. Students could not wait to begin building, testing, and experimenting with all the different pieces.\r\n\r\nWe have been using the marble run kits during our STEAM time to explore engineering, problem-solving, and teamwork.. It was wonderful to see them collaborating, encouraging one another, and celebrating success together.\r\n\r\nWe will also use them during science lessons to explore motion, force, and cause and effect. Students were deeply engaged in problem-solving, collaboration, and perseverance as they adjusted their designs after each test. It was incredible to watch their confidence grow as their ideas came to life.\r\n\r\nThese materials are also helping us move forward with future projects. Our next steps include creating prototypes for inventions that solve everyday problems and building models connected to our science lessons.
