Because of you my 22 3rd graders were able to come to school get a nutritious snack so they can focus on learning not hunger. Each day, my students were able to feel secure and cared for and ready.\r\nThe day the boxes arrived to my classroom, the students were curious and excited! One of my quieter students had the biggest smile when she tried on the pink hat and gloves. She said softly, \"This is cute and comfy\" They also got a kick out of the socks. Each child picked the kind they liked. It was wrote on time because we had a field trip to the zoo the next day and the temperature dropped. They were able to stay warm as we walked outside and looked at the animals. Thank you for being a part of our classroom family and for helping my students stay warm, full, and ready to learn!","fullyFundedDate":1767527343945,"projectUrl":"project/warm-hearts-full-bellies/9938963/","projectTitle":"Warm Hearts Full Bellies","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Ratchford","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp643487_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1482352195621","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/dratchford"},{"teacherId":7201500,"projectId":9874134,"letterContent":"Our students have been actively using the new small group materials during stations and targeted instruction, and they have already made a meaningful impact on learning. The materials allow me to differentiate instruction more intentionally, meet students at their specific skill levels, and provide hands-on practice that reinforces key concepts. During literacy and math stations, students rotate through teacher-led groups, independent practice, and learning games that promote collaboration and critical thinking. One standout moment was during a math small group when students used the new manipulatives in a game-based activity to practice addition and subtraction. They were fully engaged, explaining their thinking to peers, and eagerly asking to replay the game to \"beat their score,\" which showed both motivation and deeper understanding.\r\n\r\nWhen students first saw the new materials, their excitement was immediate and contagious. They were curious, asked thoughtful questions, and were eager to explore how the games and tools worked. Several students exclaimed that it felt like \"learning with toys,\" which helped set a positive tone for small group time. This enthusiasm has carried over into daily instruction, with students looking forward to station rotations and taking greater ownership of their learning. The excitement around the materials has not only increased engagement but has also strengthened students' confidence and willingness to participate, making small group instruction a highlight of our day.","fullyFundedDate":1764200535049,"projectUrl":"project/tigers-roar/9874134/","projectTitle":"Tigers Roar!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Gibbons","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7201500_orig.jpg?crop=3024,3024,x0,y453&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1588807173356","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7201500"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_134289","usesÐǿմ«Ã½":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":null,"numTeachers":null,"percentFrplEligible":null,"percentAsian":2,"percentBlack":21,"percentWhite":33,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":3,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":false,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":null,"demographicsDataSource":"MDR District Record","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"UNCLASSIFIED","ncesMetroType":null},"inStateSupporters":87.5,"schoolId":134289,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Campus School Kimball on @Ðǿմ«Ã½:","schoolName":"Campus School Kimball","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/tennessee/university-schools-innovative-school-district/campus-school-kimball/134289"}
