The amazing bookmarks have helped my students and fueled their desire to read by holding the students' place until the next time they pick up their books to read. It makes a difference to see their placeholder in the book and makes them excited about reading to learn of new adventures that await them in reading. The bookmarks took center stage during the students' favorite book reads and also were used during black history month where they had to do book projects on their book of choice.\r\n In addition to the bookmarks, we received Clorox wipes to keep our spaces neat and clean after use so that all students were able to enjoy these spaces and not catch any germs from the areas previously used by others. The students are practicing cleanliness because that means being kind to yourself and others. As we learn, we want to ensure safety for our students also. Our next steps include using our bookmarks and cleaning wipes for each successive month to cover March, April, and May thematic read topics. We are excited and grateful to you. Thank you.","fullyFundedDate":1738812849780,"projectUrl":"project/project-fueling-our-passion-for-reading/9098989/","projectTitle":"Project Fueling Our Passion for Reading!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Librarian L.
