The fidgets have been instrumental during class for all of my students who struggle to stay on task. For a few of my students who struggle with sitting still, having a discrete tool like a fidget to channel that extra energy has allowed them to stay focused on the text, resulting in much deeper comprehension and better-written research notes. The consistent availability of healthy snacks has also eliminated a huge distraction; no one is trying to learn with a growling stomach, and the entire class maintains higher energy levels through the afternoon.
