We were able to move our hula hoops and jump ropes off our old storage setup and onto the new carts, which helped free up space and made our equipment much easier to access.\r\n\r\nThe students were immediately curious about the new carts, which led to some great conversations about why we needed them. We talked about how having organized, easy-to-reach equipment helps classes run more smoothly and gives us room to grow our program in the future.\r\n\r\nThese carts have already made setup and cleanup faster and have helped us make better use of our space. The sport of pickleball is growing for a reason and our students became hooked on the game. Our students felt privileged in using the quality equipment that we were provided with. \r\n\r\nEach student has been developing their hand eye coordination with other activities in the class. This one was the biggest hit so far!\r\nThe next steps with our project will be an afterschool pickleball club with students that are interested in playing the game.
