As a first year teacher, I learned very quickly that it takes a lot of materials and supplies to help enrich the lives and minds of little ones, especially in Kindergarten! We were able to make beautiful arts and crafts and explore color combining to create new colors. Having the students use their hands as part of their paintings made for a fun and engaging lesson in almost every subject area of what we were learning. The CVC pop it words are a great tool because in Kindergarten, our students are learning to recognize letters, sounds and blend to eventually start reading. This tool was a fun and interactive way to really show how to practice these skills. \r\nThank you so much for your kindness and heartfelt donations to help enrich my little ones at Zach White Elementary!\r\n\r\nRespectfully,\r\nMrs. Rivera, Zach White Elementary","fullyFundedDate":1761746328535,"projectUrl":"project/first-year-kinder/9788469/","projectTitle":"First Year Kinder","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Kathy","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10299448_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1759462427228","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10299448"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_12088","usesÐǿմ«Ã½":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":406,"numTeachers":33,"percentFrplEligible":95,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":0,"percentWhite":12,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":86,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"Pre-K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"12.3:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":"CITY_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":75.7,"schoolId":12088,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Zach White Elementary School on @Ðǿմ«Ã½:","schoolName":"Zach White Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/texas/el-paso-independent-school-district/zach-white-elementary-school/12088"}
