I really appreciate a member of our community supporting my students in the classroom. \r\n\r\nReplacing the worn out cutting mats was a top priority this year after several years of heavy use. I had asked for new mats and was given ten flimsy ones but when there can be 30 students in a classroom, shared resources can hinder progress and momentum when building projects. I knew I had to try and find another way to obtain good quality mats. I know these mats will last for us for several years. Since we have received them, I've been phasing out the cheaper cracked ones in favor of the newer and sturdier Alvin ones. \r\n\r\nMy students finished regional competition two weeks ago and many projects are moving onto state in April, which means they are tweaking and rebuilding their projects. They are using the new mats from your donation to create their projects as I type this!","fullyFundedDate":1764734886404,"projectUrl":"project/measure-twice-cut-once-with-the-right/9553305/","projectTitle":"Measure Twice, Cut Once – With the Right Mats","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Waggoner","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-9_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/hibbitt"},{"teacherId":1569697,"projectId":9117575,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your help with this project.
