Your gift has helped 18 Pre-K students use their creativity in the classroom. The items sent to our class are easily accessible and portioned for the students to use and to increase our supply longevity. \r\n\r\nWe learned about the primary colors using playdough and we go to ask higher order thinking questions like: what would happen if we mixed two colors together? The students made hypothesis and then as a whole group we mixed them together and verbally recorded our answers! It makes another color! We were so excited to explore mixing other colors and showcasing our findings. \r\n\r\nWe used our \"crazy\" scissors to make the different mattresses for the Princess to sleep on. We even slipped a pea in between some of them (shhh don't tell the princess). \r\n\r\nThese are just two examples in which we have used them in our classroom. However, these materials are used by my students everyday! The students LOVED them.
