The moment their work comes out of the laminator, it feels more \"official\" and worthy of display. Many have commented that it's exciting to know their posters will hang in the classroom long after the project ends, becoming a permanent part of our learning environment.\r\n\r\nYes! Some of my more artistic and detail-oriented students have really embraced the laminator. They take extra care in designing colorful, creative posters, knowing their work will be preserved. It also encourages problem-solving, creativity, and perseverance as they work through design challenges.\r\n\r\nThe most exciting part for students is watching their digital designs turn into real objects they can touch and test. They are amazed to see the printer build their parts layer by layer, and even more excited when they assemble their creations and launch projectiles across the classroom. For many, it's the first time they've had access to this kind of technology, and it makes the learning experience feel fun and relevant.\r\n\r\nYes! I've noticed that students who are usually quieter in class have become some of the most engaged during this project. They enjoy working on the design software and troubleshooting the 3D printer. Being able to work with different types of powders was also exciting for them. It involves using evidence such as fingerprints, lip prints, and shoe prints to solve the case of stolen Christmas presents.
