We have used them for practice to keep our gear dry, a few games to stay dry on the bench. The weather has been very nice this year so we haven't used them as much. The balls have been wonderful because they have replaced the use of older broken down balls. All these additions help extend the life of our older equipment. Our players are very thankful to be able to stay warm, dry, and replace older equipment.\r\n\r\nOur players were shocked that we had just received canopies. The girls were so excited to get them setup that when we first saw rain, they wanted to pop them up to use them. Thankfully, the following day it rained so hard that the canopies were ready to go. They kept our girls backpacks and gear all nice and dry along with a couple players that needed a break. \r\n\r\nOur next step for our program is to continue replacing our old equipment but take care of current one. We as a team are looking to find creative ways to fundraise to continue bringing new life into it.","fullyFundedDate":1729529415059,"projectUrl":"project/e-z-ups-and-lets-stay-drywarm/8855265/","projectTitle":"E-Z UPs and Lets Stay Dry/Warm","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Lopez","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9005217_orig.jpg?crop=777,777,x153,y368&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1681260728513","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9005217"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_36294","usesÐǿմ«Ã½":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":804,"numTeachers":46,"percentFrplEligible":93,"percentAsian":4,"percentBlack":11,"percentWhite":23,"percentIndigenous":1,"percentLatinx":33,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"6 - 8","studentTeacherRatio":"17.5:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"SUBURBAN","ncesMetroType":"SUBURB_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":79.8,"schoolId":36294,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Perry Keithley Middle School on @Ðǿմ«Ã½:","schoolName":"Perry Keithley Middle School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/washington/franklin-pierce-school-district-402/perry-keithley-middle-school/36294"}
