The cameras allowed students to take on the role of real researchers during our zoo field trip. Instead of simply observing, students actively documented their learning by snapping photos of animal habitats, behaviors, and features they later used as evidence in their writing and research projects. This hands-on integration of technology helped make abstract concepts concrete, bringing their learning to life.\r\n\r\nBack in the classroom, students were deeply engaged as they used their photos to spark observations, write detailed paragraphs, and build more thoughtful, creative, and informed animal reports. The photos turned writing into a meaningful and personal process. Students weren't just completing an assignment; they were telling the story of their own experience, with real-world documentation to support their ideas.\r\n\r\nThank you for helping us bring this unforgettable experience to our classrooms.","fullyFundedDate":1743008105229,"projectUrl":"project/capturing-lifelong-memories-in-fieldwork/9136196/","projectTitle":"Capturing Lifelong Memories in Fieldwork","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Lucas","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-6_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9933411"},{"teacherId":3050898,"projectId":8726844,"letterContent":"This project has defiantly benefitted myself and my students.
