Your donation has made such a difference with these two programs and our daily routine. Not only are students connecting to learning more, but able to approach learning in different ways. Students in both TK and ASSIST classrooms loved unboxing all our wonderful new additions during library specialist time. The TK students could not believe their eyes when we pulled out each item from the box. One student couldn't believe it and asked, \"Are they REALLY all for us?\" with a huge smile on his face! \r\n\r\nOur ASSIST students, though they cannot communicate verbally with words have definitely expressed their joy with our new treasures. I take everything down to their class on library day and they cannot wait for that cart to roll in. Students have loved all the board books and whisper phones. They love to hear themselves talk about the pages in our new books! One of their favorites is creating letters with the foam kit and letter cards. They also enjoy exploring is the treasure hunt for letters. Students use tweezers in a box of beads to find missing letters on their cards. Our ASSIST students consistently want me to share the magnetic drawing boards, as they love to draw. They have also loved the bingo dauber paint markers to create. One request always when I arrive in their classroom is the sensory bottles and sensory mats. It is such a wonderful tool for kids to calm them Watching them use these resources is so fantastic, as they feel successful and proud to share what they made.\r\n\r\nAgain, thank you so much for your kindness!
