Our mentoring group got to work and created their very own personalized mentoring merch. Students were able to showcase themselves onto their tote bag, building self-confidence and leadership in demonstrating what it means to be in group mentoring and what qualities it takes to be a mentor to others. \r\n\r\nWhen students saw the items that were donated to make this project happen they were super excited. They love the comfy pillows that bring both comfort and color to the classroom. \r\n\r\nThe organization system has allowed students to access the manipulatives and supplies that best help them work through challenging concepts. When students have more choice about how they show their thinking they feel more apart of the learning experience. \r\n\r\nYour contributions to my classroom and to my students' lives have been essential to our collective success.
