Overall, there has been a huge impact in how they view the scientific process involved in growing plants. They have loved seeing it happen up close and have enjoyed acting like scientists. Watching plants grow has been meaningful and many of my students have made comments about how they have convinced their families to also grow plants and vegetables at home. \r\n Providing resources like these are great because it is so hands on and supports learning about the scientific process. The students have seemed very excited and engaged in the process of growing their own food. Students will be able to use the easel to draw out their emotions since some students are more visual learners. Something I noticed last year is majority of my students are big into reading, but my room library had limited materials.
