My students thoroughly enjoyed learning about force and motion. They used the force and motion activity set to explore the science of how things move. They conducted investigations, solved problems, and explored the science concept of push and pull. They had a fun time learning about how things move.\r\nThey used the balance bucket for our measurement unit in math. The balance scale helped my kindergarteners learn about weight through hands-on play. They were able to visually and physically discover that heavier objects dip while lighter objects rise and they were able to weigh their classroom objects and count how many cubes it would take to equal the same wight as their objects. We will use the pencil sharpener to help with these larger colored pencils used to decorate their habitats.
