I have heard about Ðǿմ«Ã½ but didn't know the likelihood of my project being funded. I am overwhelmed with thankfulness. \r\n My school has seen a significant gap in the effectiveness of certain PBIS( Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) incentives and planned activities for our older students, mainly 3rd-5th graders. Our TK- 2nd grade students love the ornament decorating, the glow light dances and similar events and the many primary age toys that get donated to our prize window, however our older students are less impressed. I wanted to do something to impact their outlook on our program and give them more encouragement to participate and hopefully increase the drive for positive behaviors. \r\n Your donation has brought a new element to our prize window and incentive activities for the older students. There is excitement buzzing about the STEM kits in the prize window, especially because they are reserved for the big kids on campus. That makes them feel valued, seen and special. Thank you for boosting them in this way. They are also eager to save their Tiger Tickets (given when a positive behavior is witnessed) for a hands on STEM PBIS event containing the building toys, the glow geo boards and building solar cars that they will be able to choose over a dance or craft. Thank you filling our school with engaging learning learning tools that are disguised as fun filled activities, stretching our students minds and creativity, and boosting moral.","fullyFundedDate":1763474825305,"projectUrl":"project/celebrate-positive-behaviors/9782457/","projectTitle":"Celebrate Positive Behaviors","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Imhof","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-3_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10296404"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_79678","usesÐǿմ«Ã½":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":658,"numTeachers":29,"percentFrplEligible":50,"percentAsian":1,"percentBlack":1,"percentWhite":42,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":46,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"Pre-K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"22.7:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"TOWN","ncesMetroType":"RURAL_FRINGE"},"inStateSupporters":85.7,"schoolId":79678,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Tompkins Elementary School on @Ðǿմ«Ã½:","schoolName":"Tompkins Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/california/tehachapi-unified-school-district/tompkins-elementary-school/79678"}
