Since my students have received their wireless mice for their Chromebooks, they have been engaged in the learning taking place in our classroom. Sometimes it is hard for students to use the mouse pad on their Chromebooks, especially when they are creating Google Slides presentations or completing their iReady reading and math lessons. \r\n\r\nMy students have said \"the mouse relaxes my hand,\" \"it makes it easier to use the Chromebook,\" and \"it is easier to click and drag on something.\" They also said they they felt \"surprised and excited because they had never got to use a mouse before.\" Students also admitted that they are more excited to complete their classwork. \r\n\r\nAt first, some of my students did not like using the wireless mouse because they were not used to it. I told them it takes some time to get used to it.
