The sensory peapod/canoe, sensory aquarium fidget tool, and the large leaf rug you funded fit beautifully within our nature‑themed space and immediately made it more inviting and soothing. Your contribution has created a warm, grounding environment where students feel safer to pause, regulate, and breathe — a place that truly reflects care and intentional design.\r\n\r\nThese tools are already making a meaningful difference for neurodivergent students and those with emotional and behavioral needs. The peapod offers a cozy, secure spot for students to gather themselves; the aquarium fidget provides gentle, focused sensory input that helps reduce anxiety and supports grounding; and the large leaf adds a calming, natural focal point that supports regulation and an intentional floor work space. Your support not only supplied materials but also sent a powerful message to our students that their well‑being matters. Thank you for helping make my office a kinder, more supportive place to learn and grow.","fullyFundedDate":1755737524385,"projectUrl":"project/coolest-calmregulation-area/9542879/","projectTitle":"Coolest Calm/Regulation Area!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Leann","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9232078_orig.jpg?crop=2098,2098,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1754613107655","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9232078"},{"teacherId":3919269,"projectId":9484656,"letterContent":"Thanks to your generous support, my 4th and 5th graders were able to launch true literature circles with high-quality texts, where every title was a Newbery Medal winner or honor book. Having sets of four meant each group could read the same book at the same time, and from the very first week students were hooked. They met weekly to discuss emerging themes, character development, and big ideas, and the level of engagement was unlike anything we've seen before. Many students who typically struggle to stay focused and finish entire books were suddenly deeply absorbed in their stories.\r\n\r\nThe impact stretched far beyond the classroom walls. Several parents reached out to tell me their child was \"devouring\" their book at home...one even said they'd never seen their child so eager to read, especially such rich and meaningful literature. Every student finished their book club novel, and now they're creating thoughtful, creative projects to share their understanding and interpret the themes they discovered.\r\n\r\nYour donation didn't just provide books, it created authentic literary communities, sparked new enthusiasm for reading, and helped students see themselves as real readers and thinkers. Thank you for giving my students access to exceptional stories and the opportunity to grow through meaningful discussion and collaboration. Your generosity truly made a difference.","fullyFundedDate":1755757347591,"projectUrl":"project/building-a-love-of-reading-through-stude/9484656/","projectTitle":"Building a Love of Reading Through Student-Led Book Clubs","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Jaquette","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp3919269_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1474336946318","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/3919269"},{"teacherId":9487227,"projectId":9542957,"letterContent":"Wow! The bright colors are inviting too.\r\n\r\nThe new chairs and desks replaced older furniture that was falling apart. Now the students get to sit at safe and comfortable space throughout their day.
