My students use them during whole-group instruction, small-group rotations, and even during independent work on their computers. These materials allow students to quickly show their thinking, try out strategies, and revise their work without fear of making mistakes. In math, this flexibility is powerful. Students can test a new idea, erase it, draw a model, or use the whiteboard to collaborate with a partner. \r\n\r\nThe whiteboards have also increased engagement during lessons. When students hold up their boards to show their answers or thinking, every child participates—no one can hide in the back of the room or remain unsure silently. This continuous feedback helps me tailor instruction more responsively. I can see instantly when a concept is confusing. \r\n\r\nAdditionally, the headphones you supplied have been invaluable. Our class uses the online math program Zearn, which provides interactive lessons and supportive videos for students who may not understand a concept right away. With the headphones, every student can engage with Zearn without distractions. \r\n\r\nI am deeply grateful for your commitment to education and your belief in our students' potential. Thank you again for your kindness and generosity.","fullyFundedDate":1757891595949,"projectUrl":"project/math-classroom/9536031/","projectTitle":"Math Classroom","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Whitten","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-8_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8830455"},{"teacherId":8948875,"projectId":9500863,"letterContent":"Being able to provide headphones for my students has made a tremendous impact on our classroom. Many of my students' families simply cannot afford to purchase headphones on their own, so having high-quality headphones readily available at school has been an incredible blessing.\r\nMy students use their Chromebooks every single day. These headphones have helped create a calm, focused learning environment by cutting down on noise and distractions. Because of your generosity, students are able to stay engaged, concentrate, and truly access the digital learning tools that support their growth.\r\nThese headphones aren't just supplies — they're a tool that helps level the playing field for every child in my room. Thank you for believing in my students and making sure they have what they need to be successful learners.
