We were enjoying the items including the microscopes, globe, and other hands on learning tools. My students are able to point to the globe and trace the equator helping them to understand how the earth is divided. They are able to use the microscopes to look up close at a piece of fruit to understand that every living thing is made up up cells. The clock manipulatives helped students to understand how to tell time. These hands on manipulatives helped my students to have a concrete example of a skill or concept that without these manipulatives, may not have been able to fully understand this skill or concept. \r\n My students have many challenges that make learning harder for them however they are able to learn.
