This is a class I created at UGHS and is very special to me. These students are frequently young people who dropped out of other arts paths or missed the chance to join orchestra at their school due to a lack of their interest at the time or the school's available programming. Many of these students will go on to play violin for the rest of high school, and hopefully into their adult life.\r\n By improving our violin cases, you've done a lot to speed up their education. The instruments being more well protected means students feel more confident taking them home to practice. They look nicer, which adds a sense of ownership and pride in their chosen activity. Knowing they have support beyond our walls also demonstrates the importance of music and the arts in their life.\r\n Thank you again, and I hope you consider supporting future arts-related projects on this website and elsewhere!","fullyFundedDate":1751748410389,"projectUrl":"project/upgrade-our-beginner-violin-cases/9356220/","projectTitle":"Upgrade Our Beginner Violin Cases!","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Wright","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp2340003_orig.jpg?crop=1003,1003,x484,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1636737831123","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/mrwrightsorchestra"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_69466","usesÐǿմ«Ã½":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":1622,"numTeachers":92,"percentFrplEligible":71,"percentAsian":6,"percentBlack":52,"percentWhite":24,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":10,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"9 - 12","studentTeacherRatio":"17.6:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"RURAL","ncesMetroType":"RURAL_FRINGE"},"inStateSupporters":57.1,"schoolId":69466,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Union Grove High School on @Ðǿմ«Ã½:","schoolName":"Union Grove High School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/georgia/henry-county-schools/union-grove-high-school/69466"}
