We are also looking for support for our positive reinforcement rewards. We use a \"Caught Being Good\" program where staff can present tickets to students and students can redeem the tickets for snacks or extra points. Students earn these tickets when they go out of their way to help others and embody our values. \r\n\r\nOur PBIS program has helped our students to grow and our approach to behavior management evolve.
