Because of your donation, my students now have access to two additional laptops to use in our classroom when their assigned devices are with the technology department for repairs.\r\n\r\nAs a hybrid campus, all teachers are required to provide instruction both in person and through our virtual classroom platform. This means students rely on consistent access to technology every day in order to complete assignments, submit work, participate in digital lessons, and stay connected to course materials. Your donation has helped ensure that when students are temporarily without their own devices, they still have the tools they need to remain engaged and successful.\r\n\r\nThese classroom laptops have already made a meaningful impact. Students who do not have their personal laptops can still stay on track with assignments, complete online work, and remain productive during their time in my AVID class. Your support helps remove a major barrier and prevents students from falling behind while they wait for repairs.\r\n\r\nOne of the core goals of our AVID program is to support students in all of their classes by meeting their academic needs and helping them stay organized, prepared, and confident. Thanks to your generosity, we are able to provide that support more consistently and effectively.\r\n\r\nThank you again for investing in our students and helping create opportunities for them to succeed. Your kindness and commitment to education are truly appreciated.","fullyFundedDate":1763575608610,"projectUrl":"project/laptops-needed-to-help-students-succeed/9494657/","projectTitle":"Laptops Needed to Help Students Succeed in Today's Global Society","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Winkle","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp2832483_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1463082853919","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/mswinkle"},{"teacherId":3769255,"projectId":7199723,"letterContent":"On behalf of our students and classroom, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you for your generous contributions. We are currently in testing season, so the whiteboards have gotten a lot of good use whether it be through practice or competition games. The students even complimented on the newness of the boards compared to the 10 year old ones I had previously. They also enjoyed having their own erasers and new markers were highly needed. Plenty of studies show that using whiteboards increase student participation because they have the ability to erase and fix their mistakes quickly. I can attest to this. \r\n\r\nAs for the other teacher supplies, they have been useful in my creativity and ability to teach more efficiently. The pack of styluses are a great asset in that they allow me to write more clearly on the PowerPoint when teaching. Sticky notes are a must in tool box; I use them daily and the markers are used to create anchor charts. We have not had a chance to bring out the card games as those are being used as an incentive after testing. \r\n\r\nAgain, your generosity is very much appreciated.
