The Micro:Bits, iPad styluses, 3D printer filament, and unplugged coding games you funded have allowed me to offer hands-on, cross-curricular STEM experiences that would not have been possible otherwise. These materials support everything from coding and engineering to design and scientific thinking. The iPad styluses, in particular, have been a huge success with my younger students, giving them the precision they need to design in TinkerCad with confidence. Before, students often struggled to control their designs with their fingers, leading to frustration. Now, they're more successful, creative, and proud of their 3D creations—bringing digital ideas to life with our classroom 3D printer.\r\nThe unplugged coding games have brought so much joy and engagement to our classroom. My students already had a basic foundation in coding with robots like Code & Go Mouse, so these screen-free coding boards were a perfect next step. They provide students with the opportunity to practice sequencing, logic, and debugging skills in a fun, tactile, and collaborative way. What I love most is how often I hear students cheering each other on or discussing strategies—showing that they're not only learning, but also working as a team. The addition of Micro:Bits has been equally exciting. We're still early in the process, but the impact is already noticeable. Students who were once hesitant are now fully engaged and eager to learn more. Since introducing Micro:Bits, I've seen improvements in focus, attendance, and classroom behavior. These devices are helping students explore coding while also connecting with science content like circuits, inputs, and outputs.\r\nI recently attended a professional development event focused on using Micro:Bits in the classroom, where I gathered a variety of hands-on activities and instructional strategies. Thanks to your support, I was able to return to my classroom and immediately apply what I learned—something that wouldn't have been possible without access to the right tools. The impact on both teaching and learning has been incredibly rewarding. This project has allowed me to expand my curriculum, meet diverse learning needs, and inspire my students to see themselves as designers, coders, and real-world problem solvers. Many of them have already asked how they can keep designing and coding at home. Your generosity has sparked that excitement, and it's making a lasting impact. Thank you for believing in our classroom and investing in our students' futures.
