Your donation to my project funded items such has tangle free headphones and wireless mice. These items have greatly impacted the learning in my classrooms. \r\n\r\nAs you can imagine literacy is a very important component of our school day. I start the school year teaching my students the foundational skills such as letter names and sounds, then we quickly move into blending sounds to read words. My students require ample practice while learning these foundational skills. You will notice that one of the pictures I submitted with this letter is a picture of alphabet cards. These cards were made with the laminating sheets that were funded in my project (thank you!) I made these letter cards so that I could create games that my students could play while they are practice the skills that I have previously taught. Creating games for my students to play makes learning fun and engaging. \r\n\r\nTechnology plays a huge role in education. Often times in a kindergarten classroom students will be introduced to computers, headphones and mice for the first time. The tangle free headphones and wireless mice that were purchased through your donation make it easier for my students to learn while on a computer. They do not have to worry about cords get tangled, or broken cords. In the picture attached to this letter you will see a group of students on computers wearing the headphones and using the wireless mice. These students are listening to a read aloud story. They were able to navigate the computer, click on the story for it to begin, and then they were able to turn the computer off when they were done listening. \r\n\r\nThank you again for donating to my project. Your kind gesture goes a long way in creating a positive learning experience for students.","fullyFundedDate":1757549551438,"projectUrl":"project/kindergarten-supplies/9606748/","projectTitle":"Kindergarten Supplies","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Thornton","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-1_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8128561"},{"teacherId":4177006,"projectId":9206456,"letterContent":"I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks for your generous donation, which allowed us to purchase Velcro, adaptive switch items, and batteries for our classroom. These materials have made a remarkable difference for my students by supporting their independence, engagement, and access to learning.\r\n\r\nThe Velcro has helped us create hands-on task boxes and visual supports that keep students organized and successful during independent work time. The adaptive switch items have opened new opportunities for communication and participation, allowing students with limited motor abilities to engage meaningfully with classroom activities. Having the right batteries on hand ensures that these essential tools remain functional and ready to use at all times.\r\n\r\nBecause of your kindness, our students are more confident, motivated, and able to interact with their learning environment in ways that fit their individual needs. Your contribution has truly empowered them to reach new levels of growth and independence.\r\n\r\nThank you again for your thoughtful support—it has made a lasting impact on our classroom and the students we serve every day.","fullyFundedDate":1746622827682,"projectUrl":"project/adaptive-technology-to-enhance-little-mi/9206456/","projectTitle":"Adaptive Technology to Enhance Little Minds","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Dale","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-4_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/4177006"},{"teacherId":8072825,"projectId":9323213,"letterContent":"I am very thankful for the love and support from donors like you who are spreading kindness and support to educators.
